02 February 2011- Congratulations today goes to our Green-School committee. Over the past two years much hard work and dedication has been been put into this programme. Today Saint Brigid's was awarded it's first Green Flag. Well done to an excellent committee, to the teachers involved Ms McIntyre and Ms Connolly and of course to all the pupils and staff of Saint Brigids. Let's keep up the great work and continue to follow our motto :
                                     Make Saint Brigid's Glitter; Don't Drop the Litter

The Green Schools Committee have applied for out first green flag for litter and waste. Our application has been successful and we are hoping to have a visit from the 'Green Schools' Evaluation Committee in the coming year.
Remember our motto: Make Saint Brigid's Glitter, Don't Drop Litter!
